2 cups quick cooking rolled oats1/2 cup chopped onion2 tsp pepper or lemon pepper1 1/2 tsp salt4 tsp poultry seasoning1/2 cup cooking oil or shorteningwater to make moist
1. Mix together all ingredients by rolling between fingers. Add enough water to make moist. Stuff chicken, turkey or pork roast.
2. Double or triple recipe according to size of bird. Two cups will stuff a 4 lb. bird.
