Gazpacho

Ingredients
5 large Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped 1 large Green Pepper (bell peppers), chopped 1 large Yellow Pepper (bell peppers), Chopped Garlic, 6 cloves1 large red Onion, raw, chopped 1/2 Cup Olive Oil1/2 Cup white wine Vinegar1 Tablespoon Salt1 teaspoon Black Pepper4 large Cucumbers (with peel) chopped48 Oz Tomato juice, without salt added
Directions
Rough chop vegetables and pulse individually in a food processor. Don't chop too fine. Mix in a big bowl, cover and chill. I know it looks like a lot of salt, but it really makes the flavors pop.
