Cucumber in Yogurt Dill Sauce

Ingredients
1 cucumber, preferably English, thinly sliced6 ounces 2% Greek Yogurt, plain2 tablespoons red onion, minced2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Dill Herb Blend1/2 large lemon, freshsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Wash cucumber and slice thinly; set aside.
In a small bowl, place mince red onion,yogurt, dill paste, & lemon. Mis well; add salt & pepper to taste.

Gently toss with cucumber slices, chill until ready to serve.
