10 White Corn Tortillas, Browned 1 lb of Ground Turkey, 1 cup Onion, 1 can Rotel Original, 1 can Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium, 1/2 cup Orange Bell Pepper, 2.5 cups of shredded cheese, 8 oz tomato sauce
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Turkey, Onion, Rotel, Black Beans, Orange Pepper, and tomato sauce together in a skillet or bowl. In a 3 quart dish layer tortilla, meat mix, cheese, repeat until the top of the dish. Bake for 20 mins until cheese looks melted all the way through.
