Vegetarian Taco Meat

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion2 garlic clove, minced1 teaspoon olive oil1 cup dry lentils, rinsed2 tablespoon chili powder1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin1 teaspoon oregano20 ounces water (or as needed)2 vegetable bouillon cubeshot sauce to taste
Directions
Put everything except hot sauce, in the crock pot and cook on high for 8-12 hours, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed. When lentils are cooked, mix in hot sauce to taste. Serve in place of taco or burrito meat.
