Beef Chili (Modified from Wegmans Turkey Chili Recipe)

2 Tbsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil2 lbs 90% (+) Lean Ground Beef6 cloves Garlic, finely chopped2 (about 1 lb) sweet red peppers, 1/4-inch dice2 (about 1 lb) green peppers, 1/4-inch dice2 (about 1 lb) sweet yellow or orange peppers, 1/4-inch dice1 lb Sweet Onions2 Tbsp McCormick Gourmet Collection Mexican-Style Chili PowderSalt to taste2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 Tbsp Wegmans Soy Sauce6 Food You Feel Good About Fresh Bay Leaves (or 2 dried)2 tsp ground cumin2 cans (14.5 oz each) Wegmans Crushed Tomatoes1 carton (32 oz) Food You Feel Good About Beef Culinary Stock1 cans (15.5 oz each) Food You Feel Good About Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained1 cans (15.5 oz each) black beans1 cans (15.5 oz each) red kidney beans
1. Heat oil in large stockpot on MEDIUM-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add ground turkey. Crumble and sear until lightly browned, about 5 min.
2. Add garlic, peppers, and onions to browned ground turkey. Stir in chili powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, bay leaves, cloves, and cumin.
3. Add tomatoes and stock. Bring to simmer; add beans. Continue to simmer, uncovered, on MEDIUM-LOW about 45 min, stirring occasionally. Discard bay leaves. Ladle chili into warmed bowls; serve.
Makes about 16 1-cup servings
