Cantaloupe-Ginger Sorbet

Ingredients
400g diced cantaloupe (about 2 small melons)75g sugar1 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a plastic freezer bag. Freeze for about 4 hours. Puree the fruit mixture in a food processor until very smooth. Serve at once.

The fruit can be frozen for several days, or weeks.
