Easy Veggie Dish

Ingredients
1 sweet Potato1 Red Pepper1 summer squash1 onionSome garlic clovesSpices: Salt, pepper, Paprika, Turmeric1 Tbsp olive oil.
Directions
Cut all Veggies to small chuncks.
Peel the garlic cloves and leave them whole.
Put all in a baking dish, add spices and olive oil and mix (you can use your hands for that! It's fun!).
Put in the oven, 220 Celsius, for about 45 minutes or till tasty and ready to be eaten!
