SMALL CROCKPOT QUESO DIP and Baked Lays Tostito Scoops

5 oz La Morenita Queso Fresco4 oz Cubed Pepper Jack Cheese8 tbsp Carique Crema Mexicana1 Jalapeno Pepper diced1 Green SMALL Anaheim Pepper diced4 servings BAKED Tostitos Scoops
1. Crumble queso fresco and pepper jack cheese cubes together into small microwave safe bowl. Place covered in microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute (just enought to melt the cheese)
2. Dice peppers and add to melted cheese.
3. Place cheese mixture into small crockpot to warm up and mix in the Cacique Crema Mexicana, this should create a good soft consistency. If not add more to your liking 1 tbsp at a time.
4. Serve with Baked Tostitos Scoops
If this isn't spicy enough for you try adding 1/4 tsp of Chipotle Pepper powder and/or 1/4 tsp of red cayenne pepper. You can also add 1/2 tsp of cumin for flavor.
