Simple, Healthy Mango Smoothie

Break the two to three bananas in half depending on how much you want, and throw it in the blender. Pour mango juice into blender, filling it about as high as the bananas or half the blender. (Possibly 2 cups) Throw in a handful or two of ice and blend. You won't really taste the banana but you will taste the mango!
Blend in flax seed, omega 3 oil, or flax oil for a little extra healthy kick!
