Quick Easy No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 8 oz block Philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese (neufchatel)1/3 c. low fat sour cream1 can of sweetened condensed milk (I didn't use the low fat version but you can cut some fat [but not calories] if you do)1/3 c. lemon juice1 tsp grated lemon zest1 tsp vanilla1 c. graham cracker crumbs3 tbsp melted butter3 tbsp granulated sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
In a large bowl beat the cream cheese on medium speed until fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla and beat until thoroughly combined and smooth. Cover and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Preheat an oven to 400*. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Stir in the melted butter (add a touch of water if you think it's too dry). Press into a 9" pie pan and bake for 7-9 mins.

After the pie shell is cool, carefully pour the filling into the pie shell. Cool for another 2 hours before serving.
