Ingredients
3eggs3 (baby)carrots-sliced or diced1/2 of a small tomato-chopped1/4 cup or less black olives-sliced1/4 cup or less green onion-diced2 slices of bacon- cooked and crumbled1/4 cup shredded cheese (or small handfull)
Directions
Chop all add to eggs and whisk.
Add a small amount of butter to hot pan...pour in eggs.
Cook until done (you need to flip half way)
