Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin seeds5 cups water1/4 tsp vanilla extracta few drops stevia (optional) or a TBSP honey or maple syrup
Directions
Put one cup of pumpkin seeds in a blender, add 5 cups water, blend on high for one minute, strain and add 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and a few drops of stevia, honey or maple syrup to sweeten.
