Fresh Fruit Taco

Ingredients
3 tablespoons sugar1 teaspoon ground cinnamon4 (6-inch) flour tortillas2 tablespoons water 1 pkg. (4-serving size) instant sugar free vanilla or chocolate pudding mix1 teaspoon grated lemon peel1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 DOLEŽ Banana, peeled, sliced1 mango, peeled, sliced1 DOLE Kiwi fruit, peeled, sliced1/2 cup DOLE Raspberries
Directions
1.Combine sugar and cinnamon. Brush tortillas lightly with water. Sprinkle sugar mixture over both sides of tortillas.
2.Spray large custard cups with nonstick cooking spray. Gently press tortillas into cups. Bake at 400F., 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
3.Prepare pudding according to package directions. Stir lemon peel and vanilla into pudding.
4.Combine banana, mango, kiwi and raspberries, in small bowl.
5.Arrange tortilla shells on dessert plates. Spoon about 1/2 cup pudding into each shell. Spoon fruit over pudding in shells.
