1 cup rolled oats2 tbsp. chia cereal1/2 cup whole wheat flour2 scoops protein powder1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds1/4 cup unsalted sesame seeds1/2 up unsalted almond chopped1/3 cup raisins1/3 cup dried cranberries2 eggs, beaten3 tbsp. dark agave nectar3 tbsp. canola oil1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon1/4 cup pumpkin seedspinch of nutmeg
Makes 16 servings
Preheat over to 325 F.
Line an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix cinnamon, nutmeg, agave nectar, oil and egg.
Add wet to dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Mixture should be lumpy.
Press mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes. The edges will be lightly brown.
Remove from oven and set on wire cooling rack to cool. When cool, cut into 1" x 4" bars.
