Ingredients
Modified Recipe:1 oz. Romano Cheese1 T. butter, unsaltedpinch lemon zest1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, slices or pieces1 T. scallions, choppedpinch minced garlic4 oz. shrimp, cooked1/3 c. Alfredo Sauce2 oz. whole wheat fettuccineOriginal Recipe by Chef Jonathan MitchellCarrabba's Italian GrillSource: WECT TV6, Wilmington8 jumbo shrimp1/4 c. sauteed mushroomspinch minced garlic1 T. sliced green onions1/4 c. lemon butter1/2 c. Alfredo sauce1/2 c. grated Romano cheeseheavy hand of fettuccineAND I found recipe forCarrabba's Fettuccini Alfredo:1 oz unsalted butter3/4 cup heavy creamSalt and white pepper, to taste3 oz grated Romano4 oz fresh fettucciniFor the Fettuccini Alfredo, melt butter with salt and white pepper. Add 6 ounces heavy cream. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Allow to rest until serving. For the pasta, submerge pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Place pasta in Alfredo sauce. Return to medium heat, sprinkle with grated Romano. Using pasta fork, incorporate Romano into pasta until melted.
Directions
Saute the shrimp until nearly done. Add garlic, green onions and mushrooms. Finish with lemon butter.

In a separate pan, warm Alfredo to simmer. Add cooked fettuccine and Romano cheese. Plate pasta and top with shrimp mixture.
