Tortilla Pizzas

Ingredients
4 Whole Wheat Tortilla Shells (we use Mission brand)1 can Diced Tomatoes, very well drained1 cup 2% Mozzarella Cheese - grated1 pound ground turkey 16 slices pepperoni1 tsp. Splenda (add more to taste if needed)2 TBS Italian Seasoning2 TBS Basil2 TBS Oregano1 TBS Onion Powder1 TBS Garlic Powder
Directions
1) Open tomatoes and drain in colander. Leave draining while you cook turkey.

2) Brown turkey in skillet. Add garlic powder and onion powder while it is cooking. Turn off heat and set aside.

3) For Pizza Sauce: Put tomatoes in blender or food processer. Add Splenda, Oregano, Basil and Italian seasonings. Blend until smooth. Can add more Splenda if you like your sauce a little sweeter.

4) Lightly brush one side of tortilla shells with olive oil. Place oil side down on baking sheet. Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 2 oz ground turkey, 4 slices pepperoni, any veggies you wish to add and 1/4 cup cheese.

5) Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Watch them so your crust do not burn, cook until cheese is melted.
