Hummus

Ingredients
15 oz can of chickpeas, (1 2/3 cup cooked)1/4 cup water1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh)2 Tbsp parsley2 Tbsp peanut butter2 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp salt2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Rinse the chickpeas and drain well. Place everything in a blender or bowl and mash with potato masher. Get it as smooth as possible. Chill until ready to serve.
