Ingredients
Rice, beef bulgogi, carrot, sesame oil, sesame seeds, Shiite mushrooms, egg, soy sauce, gouchuchang past, bean sprouts
Directions
Steam the rice

Julianned the carrot

Cook the bean sprouts by sauteing with 1 tbsp of sesame oil

Thinly slice Shiite mushrooms and sautee in sesame or peanut oil

Cook egg over easy

Make Gochuchang past:
4 tbls gochuchang (available at Korean grocers) mix with 1 tbls sugar, 1 tbls seasme seeds and 2 tbls sesame oil

Mix every thing but Gochuchang past together use past to taste.
