Saucey Broccoli "Goodwhich"

Ingredients
1 stalk broccoli, slicedsliced mushroomssliced red onions1 clove garlic, sliced thin1 carrot, grated1-tsp bbq sauce1 oz 1% cheddar cheese1tsp olive oil2 tbs cooked rice, brown or white1 large low carb whole wheat tortilla
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet.
Saute all vegetables until crisp-soft
add bbq sauce and cooked rice to pan and stir.
Roll up in tortilla with added cheese.
Keep napkins handy-this is messy!
Good hot or cold.
