Banana Blueberry Bread

Ingredients
1 1/3 cup plus 1 tsp flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda5 tbsp butter, room temp1/2 cup sugar2 lg eggs1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt1 med banana, peeled, mashed1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
preheat oven to 350. Grease loaf pan. Combine dry ingredients, mix well. in separate lg. bowl, combine butter and sugar, beat on high 2 min. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients.followed by yogurt, eggs and banana. In sm. bowl toss frozen blueberries with flour to coat, and gently fold into batter. Pour batter into pan. Bake 50-60 min or until tested done with toothpick. Let cool before removing from pan.
