Corn Meal Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 C boiling water1/2 C whole wheat flour1/8 teas baking soda3/8 C 100% stone ground whole grain cornmeal1 egg whites5 oz almond breeze1/2 Tbs baking powder1/8 C olive oil
Directions
pour boiling water over cornmeal stir until thick. Add milk and beat in egg. Sift flour, baking powder and soda. Add to cornmeal mixture. Stir in oil. Cook on hot griddle. yields 7 pancakes.
