I made this recipe but i put it into muffin cups to help portion it out (baked for 25 min)... it was amazing and i took some to work, everyone loved it! - 1/24/08

I made half muffins, half bread to get a better idea of one serving. Both were VERY moist and flavorfull! I also used ALL white whole wheat (Bob's Red Mill) and NO Splenda- because I don't like artificial flavors. The extra sweetness wasn't missed at all;) - 6/18/09

Made mine into 24 Muffins - so I was sure of serving size and wouldn't cheat!
Will make a Good breakfast muffin.
(Smart Choice Omega Chunky) Peanut Butter ( ran out ) and all Splenda, even Splenda Brown Sugar, no real sugar in my house.
Now, I'm going to go and share them with my neighbors.

I do alot of baking but this recipe just did not turn out for me. Baked in a loaf pan, it was just overcooked on the outside but gooey and raw on the inside. Maybe its better as muffins. The flavors were there but not the texture. Maybe it was my brand of peanut butter. - 12/30/12

I was a little taken aback by the amount of sugar in the recipe; but it was delicious! I substituted honey and white sugar for the brown sugar, since I didn't have any in my cabinets. - 1/18/11

Yummy! I made mine with all white flour, substituted more sugar for Splenda, and chopped up a candybar instead of using chocolate chips and they are delicious! I made muffins as well and they're very moist. My roommate doesn't even like bananas and she loves these! - 6/23/10

I made muffins - used whole wheat pastry flour instead of white flour, Splenda for white sugar, added 1/4 cup craisins & mini chocolate chips - turned out great - even my Splenda-loathing spouse gobbled them up! - 11/29/09
