Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 packet taco seasoning1 cup salsa1 1/2 cans fat free refried beans Toppings: sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, olivesServe with chips or crudite
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Brown meat in skillet, add taco seasoning and cook as directed on the seasoning packet. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Layer beans, taco meat, salsa and top with cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serving size is 3 oz.
