Ingredients
3 ripe plantains1 jalapeno pepper2 dried red chillymustard seeds-a tspbuttermilk-4 cupsturmericcumin seeds-1 tbspfennel seeds-1 tbsp
Directions
First pop mustard seeds,red chilly ,fennel seeds,cumin seeds,and add the sprig of curry leaves.Then add the plantain in a tbsp of olive oil and cook well in a cup of water.once cooked,remove from heat and then add the buttermilk.Serve with rice.Enjoy!
