Ingredients
1 1/2 cup spelt flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup Splenda and 1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup Egg Beaters1/2 cup fat free Greek Yogurt2 tbsp I Can't Believe it's Not Butter, melted3 bananas (ripe)1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Makes 14, 1/2 inch slices
1. Preheat the oven to 350 and coat a loaf pan with cooking spray
2. combine all dry ingredients up the the cinnamon in a medium bowl.
3. In an electric mixer, beat together the egg beaters and sugar until foamy. Add in the yogurt and butter.
4. Mash the bananas and then mix in with the liquid ingredients.
5. Combine the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Bake for 55 minutes and allow to cool before cutting.
