Green lentils soup

Ingredients
Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Lentils, 2 cup (I use Du Puy)Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Garlic, 4 clove Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Curry powder, 1 tbsp Chili powder, 0.5 tsp *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Bring chicken broth and water to a boil. Add the rinsed and drained DRY lentils. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.In the meantime, sautee the onion, celery and carrots in olive oil until softened. Add garlic and keep cooking for a few minutes.Add the vegetables mixture in the broth, along with curry and chili powder. Cover and let simmer for some 30 minutes. If mixture is too thick, add water. Add the juice of 1 lemon.
