Turkey Cabbage Rolls

12 cabbage leaves1 lb lean ground turkey1/2 cup diced onions1 cup fresh mushrooms1/8 tsp pepper1/8 tsp garlic powder2 8 oz cans tomato sauce1 tsp sugar1/2 tsp lemon juice1 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp water
Cover cabbage rolls with hot water until leave are limp.
Mix turkey, rice, onion, mushrooms, pepper, garlic powder and 1/2 cup tomatoe sauce.
Put 1/3 cup of meat mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll, tucking in the sides.
Place cabbage rolls seam side down in ungreased baking dish.
Mix remaining tomato sauce, sugar and lemon juice and pour over cabbage rolls.
Cover and bake in 350 oven about 45 minutes
Mix cornstarch and water in sauce pan.
Add liquid from cabbage rolls. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Serve sauce over cabbage rolls.
