Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice2 cups mixed frozen vegetables2 tbsp stir fry sauce
Directions
Microwave veggies for 3 minutes with a few tablespoons of water. Dump veggies on top of rice, add sauce and microwave an additional 2 minutes or until completely heated through.

Eat and Enjoy.

(Look for low sodium stiry fry sauce to cut down on the mega sodium content)
