Toretellini with Artichoke Hearts and Italian Sausage

1 lb. Cheese tortellini1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage- sliced and cooked 1 c. Mushrooms, sliced 1 Red Bell pepper- diced 1 sm. Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts1 Tbsp Olive Oil1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese Grated 1/4 C. Dry White Wine
Cook tortellini according to package directions. In skillet, saute italian sausage- rinse to remove grease, set aside. Wash skillet and saute mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and red bell pepper until warm but still crisp. Add white wine. Drain pasta, add contents of skillet and Italian sausage. Mix gently sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Makes 8 servings.
