Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breast thin cut; 2 oz. prosciutto, 4 slices Swiss cheese, 1 tbs butter, 2 cups green beans, 4 whole wheat dinner rolls
Directions
Pound chicken with meat mallet
Place slice of Swiss cheese and thin sliced prosciutto on each chicken breast.
Roll chicken and hold with tooth picks.
In a medium skillet cooks rolls in hot butter over medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes.
