Chunky Salsa & Chicken with Brown Rice

Ingredients
5 Boneless, Skinless Chickn Breasts1 Cup Tostitos Chunky Salsa1 PKG McCormick Grillmates Garlic, Herb, & Wine Marinade1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup with Roasted GarlicMinute Instant Whole Grain Brown RiceFat Free Sour Cream, optional
Directions
Place chicken breasts in Crockpot, sprinkle with McCormick Seasoning, add Salsa and Soup. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours. Add 2 cups dry, instant rice (you may need to add a little water here!!). Stir well, cover, and cook until rice is done to taste, about 10~15 minutes.
Adding a dollop of Fat Free Sour Cream will tone down some of the SPICY!!
