Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients
Bread (preferable whole wheat), Low fat mayo, can of tuna, lettuce of your choice, tomato, cucumber, ketchup.
Directions
Spread mayo on a slice of bread. Layer tuna, lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Squeeze a little ketchup and season with S&P (optional) then top with another slice.
