Creamy Chicken Curry

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Healthy Request condensed soup + 1/2 can water1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning1 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp curry powder (more or less depending on how much you like curry)2 tsp paprika1 tbsp dried basil
Directions
Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise to make 6 thin pieces. Place in a zip top bag with olive oil, curry, and Mrs. Dash. Toss until coated.

Heat a skillet on medium and lightly coat with cooking spray. Add minced garlic. When it starts to sizzle, add the chicken. Cook until done all the way through and golden on both sides.

Add remaining ingredients, stir, and raise heat to medium-high. When it starts to bubble, lower heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, flipping chicken and stirring sauce half way through.

Serve immediately on top of rice.

Makes 6 servings, one piece of chicken and 1/6 of the sauce per serving.
