1 medium head cauliflower3 tbsp peanut oiltoss with Mediterian seasoningsgrated parmesean cheese
Toss all ingredients in wok except cheese until coated with seasonings. After well blanched put Wok lid on low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve with a sprinkling of cheese on hot flowers.
