1 of each, green, red, orange, and red peppers2 onions6 medium bella mushrooms cup in half1 zucchini1 squash2 tbsp garlic sliced or grated2 tbsp olive oil (grease pan and in recipe)4 pats of salted butter cut in half 2 tbsp no salt seasoning 2 tbsp black pepper2 tbsp Italian seasoning ( no salt added)9 x 13 roasting pan
mix all together, put on oiled baking pan, cover with foil,(put holes in foil for stream and cook for 1 hr until vegetables are tender..
