Ginger Green Tea Spritzer

Ingredients •2 cups water•2 green tea bags*1 packet Splenda•1 piece fresh ginger, about 2 inches peeled and cut into thirds•1/2 cup club sodaGarnish:•lemon wedges•fresh mint
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine the water and ginger and bring to a simmer. Turn off the heat and add the teabags. Steep for 5 minutes. Add Splenda.
Transfer to a bowl or pitcher and chill in the fridge for at least ten minutes or up to overnight. (If chilling overnight take out the teabags or the mixture will get bitter.)
Fill 2 large glasses with ice and pour the tea over. Top with the club soda.
Garnish with the mint and lemon wedges.
