Really tasty use of leftover cooked chicken breast. Fast and simple to prepare. I tossed in a little roma tomato and chopped onion. Delicious combination of avocado and fresh greens and vegetables good with any salad dressing and satisfyingly filling. Will make this many times again. - 3/26/16
