Corn Relish

Ingredients
1/2 C. and 2 T. whole kernel corn1 T. and 3/4 tsp. chopped green bell pepper1 tsp. onion, finely chopped1 T. and 2 3/4 tsp. sweet pickle relish1/8 tsp. celery seed1/8 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. dry mustard1 3/4 tsp. white vinegar1 3/4 tsp. white corn syrup
Directions
In a medium saucepan, mix together all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate until serving. Makes 9 (1 T. each) servings.
