Rhubarb Apple Crisp

Ingredients
4 c. apples, sliced2-3 c. rhubarb, chopped1/2 c. Splenda2 tbsp. flour1 tsp. cinnamon, ground1 c. quick oats1/4 c. butter1/4 c. brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Combine apples, rhubarb, flour and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Stir and pour in a microwaveable dish. Combine butter, oats, brown sugar and remaining teaspoon of sugar. Mix with hands until it's crumbly. Sprinkle over top of fruit.

Cook on high in microwave from 12-15 minutes. Let cool.

Optional: serve with fat free plain yogurt...or yogurt flavoured with maple syrup. The unhealthy way of eating this is with vanilla ice-cream.
