Chinese chicken rice and veg

Ingredients
2 Diced Chicken Breast75g Boiled riceChinese 5 spice, or chinese seasoning1/2 cup cooked broccoli1/2 cup cooked peas1 tsp pureed Garlic1 tsp pureed Ginger
Directions
Boil your rice until tender, usually about 20 minutes.
while your rice is cooking boil your broccoli and peas in seperate saucepans until tender.
Whilst your vegs and rice are cooking add the ginger and garlic to a saucepan and add the diced chicken, cook until browned and juices run clear.
Once the rice is cooked add the chicken, cooked peas and broccolli and add as much chinese 5 spice or seasoning to suit your own taste.
Voila!! This dish should feed 2 -3 as a main meal.
