African Sweet Potato Stew

1 can Italian stewed tomatoes1 can black beans, rinsed2 cans of water1 medium sweet potato, cubed1 cup green beans, cut2 cloves garlic, minced1.5 Tablespoons creamy Peanut Buttercinnamoncumincayenne salt and peppercilantro, fresh
Satay garlic in olive oil. Add potatoes and beans fry a bit. Season with cinnamon, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Add canned tomatoes, two cans of water, and Peanut butter. Simmer for ~45 minutes. Watch carefully it burns easily! Add more water if needed.
Add green beans and simmer until tender. Add fresh cilantro and serve. (Delish with toasted pita quarters.)
