Simple Couscous Recipe

Ingredients
Directions
2 tbs. butter2 cloves garlic, chopped1 cup dry couscous2 cups chicken broth2 tbs. corriander
Melt 2 tbs butter, add 2 cloves garlic
Add 1 cup dry couscous, brown a little (absorb butter)
add 2 cups chicken broth (or stock)
Bring to a boil
Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes
Fluff with fork and add 2 tbs. corriander.
