Lonies Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients
1/8 cup water1/8 cup sherry1/4 cup honey1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce3 cloves garlic finely minced2 tsp ginger finely minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pot and mix while bringing to temp. Let simmer on low until ready to serve. Pour over stir fry. Makes 3 servings (1/4 cup each)
