Combine mix, 1/2 milk, 1/3 powdered milk. Stir until combined. Scoop into mini muffin pan - 16. Bake at 425 for 10-11 min.
Directions
Makes 16 mini muffins. A good snackfor a runner or hypoglycemic person is 2-3 muffins - no added butter or sugar.
