ChickpeasGreen PeppersGarlicOnionGoya Sofrito Stew BaseTomato Sauce
Directions
Dice onion and green peppers. Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil until onion softens. Add green peppers for a few minutes, along with sofrito and 1 can tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add chickpeas and 2nd can tomato sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes.
