Flat bread

2 cup whole grain wheat flour (brown rice be good substitute)1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon non-hydrogenated tub margarine1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 cup to 3/4 cup very warm water
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Add dry ingredients together. Stir.
3. Add margarine to center of flour.
4. Pour water over margarine until it softens, and only use enough to wet the flour.
5. Mix flour with spoon until mostly combined. Finish mixing with hands.
6. Grease cookie sheet with cook spray.
7. Divide dough into 4 equal balls.
8. Between 2 sheets of wax or parchment paper press the balls with a wide based cup. Turn over and repeat until flat bread is about 1/4 inch thick.
9. Place on cookie sheet.
10. Bake for 15 minutes. Can be eaten like a pita, sliced like sandwich thins, used as a pizza crust or folded over like traditional flat bread.
