Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast

6 slices light wheat bread2T warm water2t sugar free french vanilla creamer2/3 cup egg substitute1/4t cinnamonsugar free pancake syrup (optional, not included in nutritional information)
1. Dissolve creamer in warm water. Add egg substitute and cinnamon and whisk until combined.
2. Heat skillet sprayed with nonstick spray over medium to medium-high heat.
3. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture (both sides) and place in pan two at a time. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Repeat twice more with remaining slices of bread.
4. Place two pieces french toast on each plate. Serve with sugar free pancake syrup or dust with powdered sugar (or Splenda) if desired. Eat and enjoy!
