Spinach Bacon Salad

Ingredients
Fresh or bagged spinachPurple onionGarlicBaconBalsamic VinegarNo Calorie Sweetener
Directions
Place spinach in a large bowl. Fry bacon until crisp and drain on paper towel. Chop 1/4 of a cup of purple onion. Cook the onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Add minced garlic to the onions for about 15-30 seconds making sure not to burn. Add equal parts of balsamic vinegar to the grease that is in the pan, and add a little of your preferred sweetener to taste. Pour the contents of the pan over the fresh spinach. It is DELICIOUS! (You could add mushrooms and nuts to this recipe easily)
