Banana oat bran muffins

Ingredients
6 Bananas, pureed8 Eggs 1 Cup Milk1 Cup Raisins3 1/2 Cup Oat bran1 1/2 Cup Whole wheat flour8 Oz chopped walnuts1 Tbsp Baking Soda1 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon1 tsp ground Nutmeg1/2 tsp ground cloves1 tsp Vanilla extract1/2 tsp salt
Directions
makes 30 muffins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl mix bananas, eggs and milk. Add Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves baking soda and salt. mix in raisins and oat bran, then whole wheat flour, fold in walnuts spray muffin tins with cooking spray fill to top of tins
cook in 350 deg oven for 30 min
